Hirondelle Sibey (4f Gazouillis-Celina de Chatelet), off at 2.1/1 odds, took the Gr. II Prix Ephrem Houel Saturday at Paris-Vincennes (purse 100,000€, 2850 meters, four-year olds) timed in 1.14.5kr.

Eric Raffin teamed this J-M Baudouin trainee for Ecurie Le Rivage as the winner scored for the seventh time in her career now for 369,100€ earned. Hohneck (4m Royal Dream-Caranca) took second with Franck Nivard up for owner/trainer Philippe Allaire. Hanna des Molles (4f Village Mystic-Ultimate Jet) was third with Alexandre Abrivard at the lines.

In the Prix de Munich (purse 80,000€, 2100 meters autostart, European 6-11 year-olds) the 7/10 favorite Violetto Jet (7m From Above-Norciolaia Jet) scored in 1.12.4kr with Franck Nivard up for trainer Philippe Billard.

The 12/1 Fric du Chene (6m Nobody du Chene) rallied for second with Gabriele Gelormini up for trainer Julien Le Mer. Unique Juni (8f Uptown Yankee) took third with Eric Raffin teaming for trainer Jorgen Westholm.

In the Prix de Rambouillet (purse 58,000€, 2175 meters, 7-10 year-olds) the 11/1 odds Esperanza Idole (7f Quido du Goutier-Fan Idole) scored in 1.12kr. Thisone won for the 11th time in her career now for 251,210€ earned. She is from the superior champion stakes winner Fan Idole. Adrien Ernault piloted the winner for owner/trainer Noel Langlois.

 

Esperanza Idole Tomorrow is the Gr. I International Prix de France with a field of nine at the start led by Face Time Bourbon and his chief rivals.

About a week ago the dam of Bold Eagle, Reethi Rah Jet) foaled a Ready Cash full brother to the great one, Bold Eagle and he is handsome athletic type.

Earlier in the week there were some impressive winners at Vinvcennes. Vincent Ferm (7g Mago d’Amore-Lindyliana Font) took the February 10 Prix d’L’Ille-et-Vilaine (purse 51,000€, 2100 meters autosart, European 7-10 year-olds) in 1.12.3kr. Bjorn Goop teamed this Yves Desmet trainee to his fifth win in France now for life earnings of 210,392€.

On February 11 the Prix Guy Lux at Leon Zitone (purse 67,000€, 2700 meters, European 7-11 year-olds) saw even-money favorite Decoloration (8f Prince d’Espace-Maradadi Buissonay) score in 1.12.7kr for Tony Le Beller and trainer/breeder J-M Baudouin. This was her 14th career victory now for 338,410 earned.

The same day was the Gr. II Prix Jean le Gonidec (purse 100,000€, 2700 meters, five year-olds) and 1.4/1 odds Green Grass (5g Bold Eagle-Tootsie Smiling) scored in 1.14.1kr with Mathieu Mottier at the lines. Sebastien Guarato trains this one for Sebastien DeWulf. Goldy Mary (5f Ready Cash-Bloody Mary) was second with trainer Matthieu Abrivard up. Ecurie HM Stable owns this Jean Pierre Dubois bred mare. Third home was Galilee des Pres (5f Travel Jet)
