The first race meeting back since Covid-19 lockdown is only a week away and we are excited to announce Dunstan Horsefeeds as the first sponsor supporting the return to racing.

Dunstan have been proud supporters of the racing industry since the company's inception over 35 years ago. The New Zealand owned and operated company produces quality Equine Nutrition for New Zealand horses racing in New Zealand conditions and David Smith, Director of Dunstan Horsefeeds, says "The company gets great mileage and support from the harness fraternity so we are really looking forward to the Industry taking flight again."

"We are pleased to be able to support the racing industry and its return to the track with sponsorship of the entire nights racing at the NZMTC next week. Covid-19 has had a major effect on the way so many of us live our lives, operate our businesses and industries and none more so than racing - so it is so positive to see the return of racing and with it some sort of normal! The team at Dunstan are looking forward to the harness action that will be coming out of Addington and wish all participants, with runners engaged - the very best of luck!"

Dunstan Horsefeeds Return to Racing will be broadcast live on Trackside 1. Addington Raceway will also upload video interviews of trainers, drivers and owners on the night and throughout the week in the lead up to the race meeting.
The interviews will be available on Addington's YouTube Channel and our social pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).

We appreciate the support from our sponsor, Dunstan Horsefeeds who have been big supporters at Addington and look forward to sharing with you all the action through our digital channels next week. Make sure you are following us!

Please note, in the event there are significant excessive nominations on Friday 29 May we may need to stage an additional meeting on the afternoon of Thursday 28 May to accommodate the overflow of available horses following the Covid-19 break.
